Case D

Before - A large filling with recurrent decay underneath it, once the decay and filling were removed only a shell of the tooth remained and needed the protection of a crown. The tooth beside it was previously crowned, and the patient lost the crown, so it needed a new crown to replace it. After - Both teeth needed the protection of all ceramic zirconia crowns.
